Cannot verify subscription status

Hi, I've been using adobe for years now but just a few days ago when I tried to log in to photoshop I suddenly got an error saying "we can't verify your subscription status." All my other adobe applications say the same when I try to log in. I've tried everything I can think of to fix the problem. I've restarted my computer, uninstalled and reinstalled photoshop, checked my conection, checked my payments and more but nothing seems to work.

check your subscription, https://account.adobe.com

 

sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

This brings me to the licensing-errors page: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/licensing-errors.html

 

clicking "try again" brings me to the "sorry photoshop has encountered an error" screen with the reference code 109.
