Wait on that page for a bit the chat popup will open automatically. You don't need to click on any of the links on the page. If the chat popup does not open then as I mentioned disable all the ad/script blockers and firewalls, if it still does not show up change your browser/device/network. I just checked the link on Safari on my MAC and the chat popup did open.

Also do try contacting via Twitter, the account is quite active there

you have to check the lower right corner of your screen for the automatic popup. if you're not seeing that popup, use a browser that allows popups and cookies, or if you don't understand how to google and change your browser settings, try a different browser.
