I signed up to use the free trial of stock images. After that period, I never used it and didn't even know my plan had started. Yesterday, I found out that I've been charged for the plan for the past three months. I'm already upset about paying for something I didn't use, but now I’m being told that I need to pay an early cancellation fee as well. This doesn't make sense. If I had used the service, I would have willingly paid the fee, but charging customers who haven't used it is unreasonable. I'm really disappointed in Adobe. I hope you can refund the three months of charges and waive the cancellation fee.
This is a very deceptive business practice, and if proper action is not taken, I will make it public and expose how Adobe deceives customers into buying their services.
