Illustrator on Ipad doesn't work

New Here ,
Dec 02, 2025 Dec 02, 2025

Hi. I paid for an Adobe Illustrator subscription on iPad yesterday. The payment went through, and the subscription was paid. The app worked fine until lunchtime today. Then I was kicked out of the app, and when I tried to log in again, the message "Adobe has suspended all new sales of goods and services in your country" appeared. Does anyone know how to fix this?

P.S. I've tried signing out and logging in again, and I'm sure I've paid as I have the invoices

  1. The Apple Store shows that the payment was successful and that the subscription is active. I've been paying for this subscription for two years now, and everything was fine until today.

It shows that I only have a free subscription, although it always showed the Illustrator on iPad subscription.

Nastasiya, I can confirm that your subscription for Illustrator, through Apple, has been canceled. If Apple is no longer offering services in Belarus, you will need to seek an alternative solution. You may want to try purchasing directly from https://adobe.ly/3Mclr1O although if the restrictions are placed by the United States government, then you could find your subscription cancelled by Adobe, in the future. At the time of this public post, I don't see any current restrictions for Belarus. You can confirm by completing the purchase process for Illustrator on our website. You can find more information on how to access Illustrator for iPad from Adobe at https://adobe.ly/3M9apKF. ^JW
