Is my subscription refundable?

Hi, on November 22 2025 I canceled my creative cloud pro subscription that had continued from a prepaid plan on Nov 19 2024. On Nov 19 2025 the new subscription is paid and I cancelled the subscription on November 22, 2025. I would like to request a full refund for the 2025 plan.

So my question is, is creative cloud pro prepaid plan refundable? I cancelled on the thrid day after the subscription started which follows the 14 days policy. There is no refund page or anything mentioning if I would get a refund when I cancelled my subscription.

Sorry if I post this in a wrong section, I really dont know where else can I get help.

@???I_?IT?IE7166 totally, you within the the 14-day period. You do have to understand 'Adobe' head office is in California, and right now it's their American Thanksgiving—so their offices are likely closed, and it may even take a few days as well
