Hello,
After a recent price hike on the Creative Cloud subscription (it doubled from last year), I decided to cancel it 2 days after I received the notification. But at this time, the payment had already been retrieved automatically from my account, even though I didn't want to renew the subscription. I've cancelled my plan (for [Personal information removed by moderator.]), but now I'm not able to request for a refund. How can this be done? I really can't afford to pay this subscription and cancelled 2 days after the notification.

you need to cancel before renewal. and renewal notifications (with cost) are sent ~30 days prior to renewal.

There should be a record of your cancellation in your online account.
Go to the Support History panel & update the Case # with more details.
