Quiero la devolución de mi dinero y cancelar el plan

Hice la prueba gratuita, pero de ahí la dejé de usar la desinstale y todo eso, pero me descontaron 68.55 soles, y exijo la devolución de mi dinero, aún soy una estudiante y no tengo un trabajo para pagar tal cantidad, y exijo cancelar el plan de pago, ya no la quiero ni necesito. Espero su cordial respuesta.

no one can cancel for you.  you need to cancel your own plan.
