Refund Takes Exorbidant time frame

This company is cheating and playing with customers money.

Refund processing is going more than 4 weeks and i am not sure why and what the hell the finance team or CX team are upto

Every monday i need to open chat and describe from full and finally i get a response that it will done on 2-3 working days.

refunds can take up to 2 weeks.  longer may indicate a problem your credit card or country.
