nope, it says to me i've cancelled which i did. i did it way before the 14 day window ended. now i do not know how to go around this. i want my refund. i will not use the subscription.

you should have 2 confirmation emails from adobe. one for the trial start and one for the cancellation. what are the dates of those emails?
