Hi,
I’m looking for guidance regarding a subscription that was activated on my Adobe account without my awareness.
A few months ago, someone used a computer in my office where I was logged into my Adobe account and apparently activated a paid plan. I did not authorize this and have not used the plan at all. Unfortunately, I missed the notification emails and only noticed the charges about four months later.
As soon as I realized this, I checked my account and cancelled the plan.
I understand that this situation involves some responsibility on my side as well, but since the subscription was not intentionally purchased by me and was never used, I’m hoping Adobe might consider a refund for the unused period, or advise on what options are available.
I’d appreciate any help or direction from Adobe support or community moderators.
Thank you.
o, I am sorry you did not find more value in our services. I can confirm that you did cancel your commitments to Adobe last week. Any refunds issued will take up to 14 days, possibly longer due to the holidays. Please see https://adobe.ly/3LqLbHu for more information. ^JW

Thank you, but this does not answer the fact that I was subscribed without my permission to adobe stock 4 months ago and paid for it since without knowing or using it.
I have been abroad in vacations travels while all this happened on september 18th, so absolutely no way I authorized this.
You could see ive made no use or login to the service.
Please cancel and refund the last 4 months.

no one here (or elsewhere) can do that for you. you to cancel your own subscription.
as for a refund, that's an issue between you and the person who subscribed using your computer and your credit card.

I can see that the refund has been initiated for cancelling Adobe Acrobat Pro which was purchased on December 20, 2025.
However, the subscription for Adobe Stock is 3 months and 7 days old. As the expert mentioned above, refunds can only be initiated if the subscription is cancelled within first 14 days of purchase which makes the Adobe Stock plan ineligible for refund. This is a monthly plan, so there would be no cancellation fee imposed for cancelling the plan.

I hope it helps.

As far as I know, a refund is only available if you cancel during the first 14 days, so you 'should' not get a refund after 4 months
Also, starting a subscription requires a credit card number, and simply being signed in to your account does not, from everything I know, have a credit card number available
So I am confused
