support chat unavailable - contact administrator???

I tried to contact support via chat. I received a message telling me to contact my organization's administrator. I am not a member of an organization, but a normal (individual) customer.

 

How do I access the chat?

Hello!


Thank you very much for wanting to help me!

 

I had a problem activating my new subscription and suddenly had two subscriptions instead of one (I had mixed up the order). The chat representative was very helpful and canceled both subscriptions, saying I would receive a new redemption code.

 

However, I only received two small refunds, but no new code. Now I wanted to ask where and when I will receive my redeem code. Unfortunately, the support chat is now apparently not working, apparently without a subscription. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find an email address for my request.

The support request is listed there as “resolved.” Unfortunately, as I mentioned, I have not yet received a redemption code.

 

Is it possible to reopen this support request?
