Hi There,
An additional monthly charge is being debited to my bank account, in addition to my standard monthly creative cloud charge.
This additional charge does not show up on my payment plan history anywhere. In addition, I do not have another Adobe account, i have not signed up to a free trial and no other friends or family members would have signed up to anything. I received no relevant email notifications from Adobe around the time the charge started.
I am also unable to get in touch with Adobe to find a way to resolve it; I've gone through this page as recommended on a recent similar post made here (https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/manage-account.html) and am only sent round in circles and unable to find any way to talk to anyone. The 'Contact Us - Help fro Real People' link does also not provide any way to chat or talk to someone. The only phone number I can find relates to Adobe Sales and is not relevant.
Any help appreciated as the amount is due to go out again tomorrow

This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the ACPs and MVPs, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.
Adobe provides support through the Chat function on the contact page or through a phone call. There is no email support.

Thanks, I'll call that number (the chat icon doesn't appear for some reason and the direct chat link doesn't work either. cookie's all enabled)
