Where Has Adobe Live Chat Support Gone?

Participant ,

Does anyone know how I can get in touch with a real person from Adobe. It seems they have removed the live chat support that was previously offered to those who had an Adobe account.

P.S. I've already checked my cookies settings and enabled everything for the Adobe website so if the chat is still available, I'm not seeing it.

Thanks in advance.

It works for me.  Try a different browser.

Please go to Adobe Customer Service (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies on your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):
will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

You may also be able to contact Adobe by phone:

Thanks. The issue was my browser (Safari). Although I had initially tried with several different devices, they were all apple products so used the same Safari browser. Turns out it was blocking popups automatically. A quick uninstall and reinstall of the latest Big Sur update did the trick.

I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Account, Payment, & Plan forum.

No, live chat has not beennremoved: Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at . Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
Support phone numbers may be found here. Please note that phone charges may apply.
