大家好，我在使用 Adobe Acrobat 的时候遇到了一个 PDF 处理方面的问题。

具体情况是：
- 在处理某些 PDF 文件时会出现异常提示；
- 有些文件无法正常合并或导出；
- 尝试重新安装软件后仍然存在同样的问题。

请问有没有人遇到过类似情况？应该如何排查或解决这个问题？

- Share a screenshot or a small video showing what happens when processing the files.

- Do you get any error message when merging files in Acrobat? If yes, please share the screenshot.

- Are you experiencing this behaviour with a few files or with all?

- Share the files that you are not able to merge.

- Share the Acrobat and OS version number on the machine.
