Good morning erveryone,
we have an problem with Acrobat Pro 2020 edu, trying to install it on a new Laptop (win 11) the last 3 days without success. At first everything went fine, deinstalling on the old device WIN10, installing on the new one, adobe account, password, but when everytime we start the application it crashes within 1 second without any error message. After this we get the message, we have to newly login in to the adobe account (see screenshot), although were logged in furthermore. We tried everything, updating the creative commons, an Update for Acrobat Pro is impossible, because of the instantanously chrashes, we dont know, if an update ist needed/possible.
The adobe Help (Online, Chatbot, FAQ) are senseless for our problem. Maybe someone has an idea!
