Hello adobe,
Chat nor helpdesk are unavailable in Belgium so via this way :
Someone at Adobe should really attend to this annoying BSA | The Software Alliance that constantly is spamming your customers with threatening emails about Adobe licenses.
Adobe should explain to them - if they are kosher - that all Adobe licenses are centralized online and are known ... and to my knowledge can no longer be abused.
On the other hand, if they actually work on behalf of Adobe, they will have to pay attention to their credibility because the internet frequently indicates that they are scammers.
Our lawyers recommend not responding to their threats. Please inform the users/customers themselves if this is a justified inspection and create a legal framework for it.
Kind regards

My guess for your e-mails: this is phishing or spam. The software alliance has an own website and Twitter account. Check with them. https://www.bsa.org/about-bsa/contact-bsa
Chat and helpdesk are available in Belgium. They are available in the Netherlands, in Luxembourg, in France and in Germany, so they are also available in Belgium. The problem is your configuration of your browser. You need to accept cookies and pop-ups. Some have also reported that their ad blocker blocked chat.
Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If you get contacted by direct message from a person, claiming to be an Adobe employee, look at that profile and look, if they bear the “Adobe Employee” marking under their name. Adobe support does not use Skype to give you support.
If in doubt, ask the forum.
