Hello,
Have observed an issue with Adobe Reader cloud probably.
My bank sent me an interactive PDF form to fill offline on the Windows laptop.
It states that the form's changes can be saved only when saving to the cloud.
After doing so, it shows me only the blank PDF doc [not even an interactive PDF form] even after syncing to the cloud on Adobe's Reader web app on the cloud site.
I visited Adobe's Chat support AI chat bot for technical support options.
Was informed by the AI chat bot that in order to be connected to a human agent, you need to have a registered product of a paid product.
Support is not provided for free products.
I also have other perpetual Adobe paid products, but they don't count for technical support for the free Adobe Reader app on Adobe cloud..
Not understanding this kind of a policy where Adobe basically wants me to pay for Adobeb Acrobat Pro plan when the issue on hand is just related to free cloud syncing & editing of the free Adobe Reader app and related file.
I also called Adobe phone technical support team to generally ask about these scenarios.
They let me know that technical support is only available if you have a paid plan.
There's no technical support option [whether free or paid techical support] available at all to have this issue highlighted to the product development team to review and see why is this issue occurring,
Where's the customer experience / prodyc experience now when there's a software issue on hand is what I'd like to know.
Then it advises to post in the Adobe Community for answers.
The 2nd / 3rd screenshot as attached displays this message.
Woudl appreciate it if any one could clarify the issue with why does a cloud synced PDF form doesn't display anything on the cloud as informed by the app itself before uploading.

@Gautam Naidu Adobe Acrobat Reader (the free version) can absolutely fill in and sign forms. You do not need the "pro' version for this. The free Reader has a built-in tool specifically for this.
Sometimes some web browsers do not like secured PDFs. One of my side gigs is working for a government department, and some of my colleagues have issues trying to use Chrome to fill in the forms. I am always reminding them to switch to Firefox or Microsoft Edge to fill these forms out. Once you are done. Save this to your computer first. Because, if transfer to the cloud hangs, and essentially will need to restart the computer and fill the form again! Trust me on this one — I've done this before too!
Get ready! An upgraded Adobe Community experience is coming in January.
