No puedo firmar un documento con certificado digital desde hace 2 semanas. Adobe Reader.

Solamente saber si hay algún problema o ya no se puede firmar un pdf con un certificado digital con Adobe Reader.

Desde hace 2 semanas no me aparecen las opciones para firmar en la opción "Utilizar un certificado" en Herramientas. Aparece el menú vacío.

Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue.

You can still sign a document using the Use a certificate tool in Acrobat Reader. Please let us know what happens when you try to sign the document. Do you get any error message?

Please check if this happens with other documents as well. For testing purposes, could you create a test file and try to add a signature to that document? 

Share the Acrobat and OS version number on the machine. More information would help investigate this further.
