I had Adobe Acrobat Pro (Desktop Version, I think) for $20/mo.. Became frustrated with it and signed up for the Acrobat PDF Pack (Web version, I guess) for $130/yr. . I now absolutely DESPISE the latter as being completely inconvenient to use.. Want to go back to the Pro version I had and cannot find it. All I am offered is a Pro+ Stock for $44/mo.
Is there a solution to this, or has Adobe done away with Acrobat Pro plan I had?

Thanks, but I just cancelled the "Pack" and wasted $$$ because there is no refund. How anyone gets anything done with the "Pack is beyond me. The number of steps to execute a functions are multiple times those of the Desktop version. And the fact that Adobe does not permit true direct contact is truly unfortunate.

https://adobe.ly/49cKObq does NOT solve problem, because Acrobat Pro is NOT offered as a option to selelct.

The screen to which you have directed me is NOT the screen I encounter when I try to switch to a different version of Acrobat via managing my account (which, by the way, IS THE WAY ADOBE INSISTS I MUST DO IT TO ACCOMPLISH THAT OBJECTIVE) Don't believe me, go to your apps and try to swich to a different version of an app you own. It is obvious, to me at least, what Adobe is trying to accomplish by not allowing me to swtich from a cloud based version to a desk top verison, but I refuse to play that game.

I thought you posted that you canceled the "Pack". That means you would have to sign up anew. Unless I'm misunderstanding what you wrote.

After realizing that Adobe would not permit me to upgrade the "Pack" to the non-cloud based version of Acrobat Pro (which is what I had before making the gross the mistake of switching to the cloud-based "Pack"version of Acrobat, and for which I had been paying $20/mo), and would only offer a version of Acrobat Pro that included Adobe's photo library (Stock) for which they wanted $49+/mo., I canceled the "Pack" and went elsewhere to a non-Adobe product that works better than Acrobat Pro did, for a materially lesser charge than I had been paying. Becasue no one really answered the questions I originally posted, and I have found an excellent substitute, I consider this discusion to no longer relevant to me. In signing off, I just want to say that for refusing to allow me what I wanted and still charge me for what I did not, a pox on your house Adobe. Otherwise, I do sincerely thank you all for writing.

Not sure why you originally thought the web version would be more powerful than the desktop. That is rarely the case.
Glad you found something that works for you. Curmudgeion much?
