I use DocuSign to obtain digital signatures from clients and I use Adobe Reader DC to view pdf documents. I have been collecting needed signatures this way for months successfully. All of a sudden a few days ago, all new and past documents that I have gotten digital signatures on via DocuSign show At least one signature is invalid.
It says:
There are errors in the formatting or information contained in this signature
Signer's identity is valid
Signing time is from the clock on the signer's computer
Signature is LTV enabled
Under the Certificate Details, if I click on Trust, all options are checked green so it is a trusted certificate. I'm at a loss and need help to get this resoled asap, please!

The same issue we faced today.
All our PDFs become invalid in Adobe Reader DC beause of the signature, but in PRO version works fine.
The screenshot from of the same PDF in Reader and Pro versions.
Looks like the problem with latest Reader version 21.001.20138.
PDF is attached.

Hi Jelena,
Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the trouble.
Could you please share more details about the issue? It would be helpful if you can share the screenshot of the error message you receive.
Did you check if the issue occurs with all the PDFs or with some particular one?
Share the application and OS version in use on the machine.
Thanks,
Meenakshi
