If you have an active paid subscription but can’t remember the login details, here are a few steps that usually help:
1. Try the email addresses you might have used
Most subscriptions are tied to an Adobe ID (an email address). Check all emails you use—look for any Adobe receipts or notifications. That will tell you which account the subscription is on.
2. Use the “Forgot password” option
Go to the Adobe sign-in page and select Forgot password. Enter the email addresses you think you may have used. If one is correct, you’ll receive a reset link.
3. Check your credit card statement
Look for the charge from Adobe. Sometimes the statement includes the beginning of the email ID (e.g., a***@gmail.com). That can help you identify the right account.

- The credit card’s last 4 digits,
- The billing address, or
