Getting My Permanantly Deleted Files Back

Hello Sir/Madam

On 7th December I accidentally deleted my important files permanently and they not available neither on local store nor on Adobe cloud storage so please help me to restore those files as it is only 1 day for the files getting deleted

I’m sorry to hear that your important files were deleted— I know how stressful that can be.

When files are permanently deleted and no longer visible in both local storage and Adobe Cloud storage it usually means the data is no longer recoverable through standard tools.

However, you may try to check recent file versions or synced devices, If the file was synced across multiple devices, it may still be available on another one that hasn’t synced the deletion yet. Also check if the file exists in device backups or file history.

If the files are not available in any of these places, Adobe does not currently have the ability to restore content that has been fully removed from the cloud and local storage.
