Animating in Adobe Express

Dear Community!

Does anyone know to animate a defrosting car windscreen in Adobe Express please? I have some writing (a crime prevention message) written on the windscreen in the snow / ice but I'm struggling to animate it all defrosting to leave a clear windscreen.

Thanks for posting here. As of now, with Adobe Express, you can animate design elements in your file, or you can animate a character by giving it your voice.
