Relocate Edit Page/Resize toolbar from center of screen

Can this toolbar be moved? It's constantly in the way when I'm designing at the top of a file and I wish I could move it to the left, right or bottom or choose to hide it.

Thanks for the feedback and suggestions. I'm not able to get the toolbar to "fade away" upon clicking off the page, but it does work to zoom out slightly (until you start scrolling). I'll submit a feature request!
