TIPO DE ARCHIVO NO COMPATIBLE EN ADOBE EXPRESS

Buenos días, tardes o noches. Estoy aquí puesto que necesito ayuda, tuve un problema en la pagina de adobe express, trato de llevar un archivo de audio cuyo formato sÍ está admitido como mp4. Sin embargo, pese a ello la página no me permite y me aparece tipo de archivo no compatible, si alguien sabe qué pasa estaría encantada de recibir vuestra ayuda. De antemano muchas gracias.

Hello, if you haven't tried yet, I suggest converting/saving as that audio file in another supported format and try again. Let's see if any other expert/designers have any other suggestions, I hope this helps.
