if i give prompt for the vdo its showing eer

I am facing an issue while generating images using Adobe Firefly. Whenever I enter a detailed prompt for image generation, the system shows an error and does not process the request.

Issue details:

• Platform: Adobe Firefly

• Feature: Text-to-Image generation

• Problem: Prompt submission results in an error message

• Behavior: The prompt is rejected even though it follows content guidelines

I have tried simplifying the prompt, refreshing the page, and using different browsers, but the issue persists.

This is affecting my ability to create professional visual content for festive and branding purposes. I kindly request you to look into this issue and let me know if there are any prompt limitations or technical problems on the platform.

The best way for us to help is to see exactly what you are doing so we can pinpoint the problem. Can you please reply with the following information:
• A screen shot of the whole browser or application window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing or when the problem is happening (not just the error message itself).
• The full prompt you were using.
• A copy of the keyframe(s), reference images or video you were using (if any), or image you were using in generative fill.
• What model were you using (such as Firefly Image 3, Firefly Image 4, Firefly Image 4 Ultra, Imagen 3, etc.)?
