No funciona cargar fotogramas o imágenes en la generación de videos. Agregas el fotograma o la imagen en cualquier opción: Sora, VEO 3.1, VEO 3.1 fast, Runway, o cualquier otro y no anda. No aparece lo que subí, y cuando le doy crear, hace lo que se le canta y me gasta los créditos. UN HORROR FIREFLY

Are you dragging the image to this box:

If you try uploading the image by pressing the "Cargar imágenes" button, are you able to load the image that way?

I’m not able to upload images at all, neither by dragging them in nor by using the upload button. In both cases, the interface freezes as if an image were added, but nothing actually uploads.

Because the AI couldn’t use my reference images, I tried working with text prompts instead. Even so, the results were off and my credits were still consumed afterward.

This issue has been happening consistently since last month, throughout all of December. It’s extremely frustrating, especially since it prevents me from using the tool as intended.

What browser/OS are you using? Can you try another browser as a test and see if you have the same problem?
