Yesterday I used Adobe Firefly for the very first time in order to generate speech (beta) from text. Yesterday I had the option to select voices, language, speed, and pitch. I generated speech from text with no issues and was able to download the file and add it to my Adobe Premire Pro project. It all worked seemlessly. 

Today, I attempted to generate more speech from text, but I am unable to select a voice and the generate button is inactive. The bottom panel of the program where it shows previous generated audio is continuously attempting to load, but is unable to. I work for the government and have the Adobe Creative Cloud suite. My permium feautures credits are 3988/4000 credits left. I am using Micrtosoft Edge in Windows 11.

Firefly Speech generation is not working, the Voice options are not loading.

I tried restarting the browser, the computer, deleting cookies. Nothing helped.

The same page worked well just a day ago.

There are currently no voice options in the drop-down (there were this am and every other time I've used it). Is this a glitch?

The button "generate" is grayed out. I bought more credits but still not working. I do not see voice options like "Brittney."

[UPDATE: It appears to be working again. You might have to do a hard reload of the page by pressing <SHIFT> while clicking the reload button. If you find it still is not working, please reply in this thread. -droopy]

Thanks everyone. Adobe has logged a bug for this. No time estimate at this point.

If anyone has this problem on an operating system other than Windows 11, please reply with the OS you are using.

If anyone has this problem with a browser other than Chrome and Microsoft Edge, please reply with the browser you are using.

I can't seem to generate any text to avatar (just tells me "Somthings gone wrong" contact support) when i load the page. I also can't seem to generate any text to audio either. No voices to choose from and the gererate button is grayed out. I have plenty of credits so it's not that...

Hello everyone!

I’m running into a possible glitch with Firefly’s Generate Speech (beta) feature. Last night, after copying and pasting my text, the list of available voices no longer appears. The Generate button is visible, but it remains gray and inactive instead of turning blue like it did last week.

Has anyone else experienced this or found a workaround? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

Unable to create text to voice on FireFly. Was working fine up to this point. Generate button remains inactive.

Adobe has reproduced the problem and is working on the issue, but there is no time estimate for resolution.

The problem is not happening for everyone. You might want to try another browser and see if it works. I am on MacOS and it is not failing for me.

What OS and browser are you using? Can you show us a screen shot of what you are seeing? There is a known problem with text to speech right now that Adobe is working on.

Hello Everyone, first some general context: I have an Adobe Creative Cloud Pro subscription. By now, I have already generated over 100 language/audio files using Firefly. When I tried to create a new file yesterday, the “Generate Speech (Beta)” function in my browser stopped loading (see screenshot). Neither the available voices nor my existing projects are displayed. I already waited several hours last night and also tried on different computers and in different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox). Clearing the browser cache/history didn’t help either. The other ElevenLabs model isn’t loading either. I’m working on a desktop PC running Windows 11 as the operating system.

I have the same problem but on macOS 15.7.3 with Firefox 146.0.1 and also with Safari 26.2.

In the browser console I can see a lot of errors like:

LanguageProvider: Failed to preload message strings for local: de-CH TypeError: j[t] is not a function

Failed to fetch user public data: Error: Failed to fetch avatar: 403

Error: Unhandled Promise Rejection: {"error_code":"401013","message":"Oauth token is not valid"}

Uncaught (in promise) ClientError: Unhandled Promise Rejection: No voice selected for audio generation
