Problem beim Hochladen eines Startbildes für Video-Generierung in Firefly

Mein Problem: Bei der Nutzung der Funktion „Bild-zu-Video“ in Adobe Firefly kann über den Upload-Button ein Bild ausgewählt werden, jedoch erscheint es nach der Auswahl nicht als Referenz für die Videoerstellung.

Bisherige Schritte: JPG- und PNG-Dateien getestet, verschiedene Browser ausprobiert.

Frage: Ist diese Funktion für den Account bzw. für die Region (Deutschland) verfügbar, und wie kann das Bild korrekt als Startbild hochgeladen werden?

Are you saying that you cannot upload the image or that you can upload the image but it is not followed?

If you cannot upload the image, are you using Firefox? Try using another browser.

If it is not following a keyframe, please upload the image and prompt you are using and tell us what model you are using so we can test.
