Hi to all!

I need your lights!!

I create the link using the prototype so my clients can tap and browse on the designed website from the menu or by taping on the webpage.

When using the arrow of the presentation area

so I can move from flow1 to flow6 ,

but when taping on the arrows, the pages are different. they don't follow the correct flow.

Can you show me the way to fix this?

Τhank you

Hi @Christina30982753iihc,

Thank you for reaching out. Would it be possible for you to provide a screenshot of your design in Prototype mode, displaying the page connections?

Additionally, kindly share the presentation link with us so that we can assess it on our end.

We will make every effort to assist you.

Thanks,

Harshika

@HARSHIKA_VERMA  hello

Yes sorry I didn't already.

the link : https://xd.adobe.com/view/efb2bccd-59eb-4431-9f8a-170d671af6d8-bae1/screen/28606681-ed28-4983-91ac-4...

If you use those arrows -->

You will not launch the correct flow you are supposed to, but it jumbs from 1 to 6.

By clicking on each page like a gallery, the flow works fine.

As long as I was editing this comment, I don't know how, the link started working properly.

Although, the problem is the one I am mentioning

It seems like you're experiencing an issue with the page flow in a shared link presentation when using arrows in prototype links. This problem might be related to the settings or configuration of the prototype links within the presentation software you are using.

To troubleshoot and resolve the issue, consider the following steps:

  1. Check Prototype Link Settings: Ensure that the prototype links have been set up correctly and that the arrow interactions are properly configured. Verify that each arrow is directing to the correct destination page.

  2. Test in Different Browsers: Try accessing the shared link presentation in different web browsers to see if the issue persists. Sometimes, certain browser compatibility issues can affect the functionality of prototype links.

  3. Update Software: Ensure that you are using the latest version of the presentation software. Software updates often include bug fixes and improvements that could resolve the problem.

  4. Clear Cache: If you are accessing the shared     Golden Sea Moss      link on a browser, clear the cache and cookies before testing again. Cached data can sometimes cause unexpected behavior.

5. Review Sharing Options: Double-check the sharing options for the presentation to ensure that the proper settings are applied for viewing and interacting with the prototype links.

  6. Check for Known Issues: Search for any known issues or support forums related to the presentation software you are using. Other users might have encountered and resolved similar problems.

  7. Contact Support: If the issue persists and you cannot find a resolution, reach out to the support team of the presentation software. They can provide more specific assistance based on the software version and your particular case.

  8. Consider Alternative Solutions: If the problem persists and you need to share the presentation with functioning prototype links, you might consider using different presentation software or exploring other interactive presentation tools.

Remember that the steps to troubleshoot this issue may vary depending on the software you are using to create the presentation. Always refer to the official documentation and support resources for the specific software you are working with...............

If you're experiencing issues with page flow when using arrows in prototype links in a shared link presentation, it's likely a problem related to the specific presentation software or tool you are using. Since I don't have access to your system or the particular software you are using, I can provide some general troubleshooting steps that might help:

  1. Check Arrow Links Configuration: Ensure that the prototype links and their associated arrows are set up correctly. Double-check that each arrow is pointing to the Golden Sea Moss  intended target page and that the page flow is accurately represented.

  2. Review Interactivity Settings: If your presentation software has settings for interactivity or transitions, review them to ensure they are configured correctly. Some presentation tools allow you to set the transition behavior for each link or arrow.

  3. Test Locally: Before sharing the presentation link with others, test the page flow and arrow links locally on your machine. This will help you identify any issues before sharing it with others.

  4. Clear Browser Cache: If the presentation is viewed in a web browser, caching issues may interfere with the proper functioning of arrows. Clear your browser cache and try again.

  5. Try Different Browsers: Test the shared link in different web browsers to see if the issue is specific to a particular browser..................
