Bridge Photo Downloader seems super slow

Just wanted to check if this was normal. I'm using the most up to date version of Bridge, trying to transfer photos from an SD card using a card reader. Adobe Bridge's photo downloader takes 3.5 seconds per photo, pretty slow when you're downloading hundreds of images.

File types are ARW, around 60-70 MB.

Is this speed normal? Or is there something else better to use for transferring raw images to my computer?

Ich würde zunächst ein neues Verzeichnis im Betriebssystem anlegen.

Dann die SD Karte dorthin laden. Da hast Du einen Vergleichswert, wie schnell das geht, ohne dass Bridge beteiligt ist.

Danach kannst Du von diesem Verzeichnis die Bilder in Bridge verwenden.

Generell ist Bridge bei mir auf einem iMac mit Intel I9 ind 128 GB Ram aber SEHR langsam.

Weitere Ursachen könnten sein:

• eine langsame oder fehlerhafte SD Karte.
• eine langsame oder fragmentierte Festplatte.
• Software, die nicht aktualisiert ist.
