How do I create SEO friendly URLS in the BC blog?

Please elaborate a little more.

The blogs and blogposts already have friendly URLs:

In the case of my customers website it's not very friendly:

http://www.sunoya.com/BlogRetrieve.aspx?BlogID=4599

Then they are using a non upgraded version of BC in terms of the newer SEO features. If it has been running a while and your client did you not get all the info and steps about that? It was quite a while ago now.
