How do I add a user on our partner portal?

Add the person you want to add to the partner portal as a user to one of the sites in your partner portal. Then contact BC (via chat or support ticket) and let them know you want to add X user to your partner portal, give them the user's email and the site they are currently a user on. BC will then add them.
