worldsecureemail setup problem

Hi

I was able to access my webmail fine on multiple platforms when

webmail was hosted on mail.b.hostedemail.com

Now that webmail is hosted at mail.worldsecureemail.com I am

unable to access webmail form the Mac, iOS and indeed even

by logging in directly to mail.worldsecureemail.com

The only way to access webmail appears to be via the Adobe

business catalyst partner portal.

I meant to say the only way to access webmail is through my partner website

Ever since mail was migrated from mail.b.hostedemail to worldsecureemail

now my login credentials are refused

whether that be through iOS or by visiting the mail.b.hostedemail or mail.worldsecureemail directly

However same login credentials work fine through my partner website then on to webmail
