I’ve been working on a Captivate project for several months. I recently upgraded from Captivate 12.x to Captivate 13, and after a few weeks of working on the updated version, my Header (which includes a Table of Contents icon) started causing the application to crash.
Now, every time I try to edit or fix that icon, Captivate freezes in a entirely blank window and I’m forced to quit the app. This happens consistently.
I’m working on macOS Sequoia.
In Preview mode, Captivate shows the icon as a “default image not found,” but when I go to Visual Properties > Appearance > Icon to update or replace it, the app crashes immediately.
Has anyone else encountered this issue, and is there a workaround or fix?
