Please Help!

I am being overcharged. Funds are taken out if my account 3 times a month and I still receive “insufficient credit” alerts inhibiting my ability to produce AI generated images or videos. Also, Adobe is false advertising. I have several screenshots that show my account having unlimited generations for images and videos but it is in fact not unlimited. The app worked much better when I first began in early November however I find myself becoming frustrated daily with the app. The quality is great. Functionality has a bunch of bugs.

The screenshot that shows "Until Jan 15" is a typo that Adobe made.

It was actually free until Dec 15.
