I have a computer with an older processor. I was using Photoshop 2024 on it, but after reinstalling the operating system and the Creative Cloud app, I only have access to Photoshop 2021 (version 22). The same computer and OS previously ran version 2024. Version 2021 is unacceptable for me because it does not include generative AI features.

then
1. you can install the latest and 1 version prior versions using the cc desktop app. you must have a subscription because previous versions are not available with trials. other versions are revealed after clicking file preferences>apps>tick show older apps (at panel bottom).

I have a subscription to the full Creative Cloud suite and an updated Windows 10 (same as before). The problem is that I cannot install Photoshop version 25.x — the Creative Cloud app only shows version 22.2. This happened after reinstalling the operating system. Previously, I was continuously using Photoshop 25 (2024).
