Mac user error 206

I keep getting error 206 downloading Lightroom on MacBook pro.

Default, Error 206 occurs because the computer's connection to our servers is being blocked or disconnected. Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html#error206 for steps you can take to resolve this error.
