Our account manager Simran Chopra ([Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers]) is completely MIA for the last month or so and our services are set to expire in 3 days if we don't renew our contract.
We've been calling support for the last two weeks and they keep rerouting us to our MIA account manager.
Does anyone have a reliable source for help to pay Adobe for services?

We did call sales and they facilitated scheduling a call for us multiple times. But our account manager still has not reached out 😞

Adobe should be able to do business without the missing person. As they have an Adobe address, that shouldn't be a problem. Either they are on vacation and have a replacement or they are working and are available. There is only Adobe to be able to solve this, with or without your sales agent.

Do you have a person who you work with that can help? We are getting no traction with anyone at adobe through customer service, sales or tech support. We even reached out to LinkedIn and Twitter.
