Preferences too big

I have included a screenshot off my screen.  I can't reset and save the preferences.  I have completely shut illustrator down (and shutdown the computer).  I have checked my screen resolution and it is at the correct setting.  It just started happening...grrrr.

NM...I was able to grab it and move it around.
