Sync files troubles

Good morning,

I created last nigh some files in ipad Illustrator app, they were atomatically saved to my Creative cloud. Today I want to open them on my Desktop Illustrator on PC. I see the files in invitation screen of Illustrator incluing the prewie of the file, but it's immpossible to open due to "owner permision". In Creative Cloud Desktop application there are any of saved files, only blue circle running,  same when I open link to my files in browser - no saved files. https://www.adobe.com/files

How can I get back to synchronised files?

@LuciePurple I would clear my history, cookies & cache of my web browser; log out of my Creative Cloud Desktop App and even restart the PC; then log-back into your Adobe account on adobe.com, using the exact Adobe ID (email) and password associated with your active subscription. and verify the subcription status. Navigate to Plans & Payments or Manage Plan. Once you are good...then head over to the desktop Creative Cloud and log in and hopefully everything is re-sync!
