Caption (live or static) and photo help

Captions..
How to increase or decrease photo and caption that is inset into text (or if not.. same problem either way) and ensure caption stays the same size (have set a paragraph style already). Have tried combinations of shift and command, have tried paragraph style with a style after. Have tried object styles.

Captions are static generated with metadata inserted in Bridge.
Can't be live captions as some captions are two lined. Thanks.

Reapply the paragraph style to the caption after you resize the grouped photo and caption.

yes can do but have over 200 photos and is fiddly to do so.

I found if I just double click the image only and enlarge/reduce the caption will stay the same size but the text frame for the caption of course will then be different if grouped (or not)
