Hi there
I had to replace my old laptop, which had InDesign 19.5 on it as that's the version my client is using.
But I'm struggling to download that version on my new laptop - a Dell Latitude 7420, running Windows 11 Pro, with 16 GB RAM.
On the Adobe desktop app, the oldest INDD version I can access is 20.0. Any idea how I can download 19.5?
Thanks!

Short answer is you can't. The policy is only the current version and the most recent prior version are available. You can contact Adobe and see if they'll help but I wouldn't count on it.

I've been wrestling with this for days, and every time I come back to that same option: only version 20.0.
But how do I even contact Adobe? The virtual assistant is useless for this problem, and I can't find a direct contact for support anywhere!

Version 21 and 20 should be available.
As far as contacting a human? Sorry, I can't be of much help there. You can try posting here: Download & Install - Adobe Product Community

I'm also facing this issue, my team and I can only see back to verison 20 and we require 19 (2024) to work with our integrated CMS (WoodWing). We're on Enterprise licensing and our IT teams are struggling to intrepret our requests.

Your only option is to contact Adobe support (or maybe an Adobe employee will chime in here, like @HARSHIKA_VERMA has done above).

Hello Harshika.
I also been experiencing similar scenario as per hardware refresh we are no longer able to install InDesign 19.5 version from the creative suite. This version is specific for the company due to the approved version and compatibitily. Would there be a chance to have a stand alone installer available?
Thank you very much for your time.
