problème de sauvegarde

Bonjour,

Depuis que j'ai installé la nouvelle versions v 20.5.1 et v21.0.2, je n'arrive plus à sauvegarder mes fichiers. En effet, je peux ouvrir et travailler sur mes fichiers In Desing, mais lorsque je veux "enregistrer"ou "enregistrer sous", il y a une nouvelle fenêtre qui s'ouvre, toute noir et rien ne se passe.

Thank you for getting in touch, and sorry for the trouble. The team released a new update yesterday, version 21.1. Could you please try updating to the latest version and let us know if that resolves the issue?

I have the same issue with the version 21.1 on Windows 11, a totally black window when trying to save or save as. On the other hand, the version 20.5.1 works fine.

Bonjour, J'ai "réglé" ce problème en enregistrant une copie de mon fichier, à la place de l'enregistrer. La copie prends le format de la nouvelle version et est utilisable. L'ancien fichier doit être supprimé.

Are the files you are trying to open and Save or Save As on your local hard drive or on a cloud-based storage network?

It's a new file so it's not anywhere
