"Einzelner Datensatz" ausgegraut.

Hallo, 

ich soll einen Werbeflyer gestalten und sitze seit Wochen an der Datensatzzusammenführung. Leider werden bei mir trotz TXT-Datei in UTF-8 Zeichensatz keine €-Zeichen angezeit. Er erkennt das Zeichen perdu nicht. Zudem kann ich auch bei neu erstellter Datei (ohne Copy-Paste) keine verschiedenen Daten auf einer Seite platzieren, da das Feld "Einzelner Datensatz" in dem Fenster "Datensatz zusammenführen" einfach nicht anwählbar sein möchte.. 
Mit der Vorschau werden immerhin die Daten sowie die Bilder angezeigt. 

Ich hoffe, dass mir jemand helfen kann.. Ich würde mich sehr über jede Hilfe freuen!

versuche mal  beim Speichern UTF-16 statt 8.

Dein Dokument darf nicht aus einer Doppelseite bestehen, ansonsten wird dir Einzelner Datensatz nicht angeboten.

Hallo, ich habe versucht das Dokument in 4 Seiten umzubauen. Doppelseiten habe ich dabei ausgeschaltet und alle Seiten wurden in Musterseiten umgebaut. Nur die Formularfelder sind im Prinzip noch offen und frei veränderbar. Leider klappt die Datenzusammenführung via mehrerer Datensätze noch immer nicht.

I appreciate the update. I conducted a test of this workflow on my end using a sample CSV, and I couldn't replicate the problem where the Single Record remains inactive. To assist in further narrowing down the issue, could you please try creating a brand new InDesign document along with a new CSV file, then transfer your data into it and test the merge once more. It would also be extremely beneficial if you could provide your specific version of InDesign and details about your macOS or Windows, so we can ensure we are testing under the same conditions.

As Mario recommended, if feasible, please share a sample InDesign file along with the CSV you are using, so we can test directly with your configuration. If the data is sensitive, you can send the files via direct message and utilize services like Google Drive or Dropbox to share a downloadable link.
