That message means the document is corrupt and the cloud repair service could not fix it. Adobe cannot repair it through the forum and nobody here can open it for you. Your best option is to try opening an IDML version or recover from a previous backup. If the file will not open and there is no IDML or backup, the document is usually beyond repair. You will need to contact Adobe Support directly if you want them to attempt a recovery.
