Towards purchasing an InDesign subscription

Hi.

1. Did I understand correctly that there is no November discount on an InDesign subscription only?

2. At what stage of the purchase do I request the version I want - the Middle East version?

I know absolutely nothing about discounts on subscriptions. Typically when someone has a question about payment, we direct them to contact Adobe Support. When I was there grabbing that link, I saw a header for a 50% Black Friday discount; maybe this was what you were looking for?

However, the "Middle East edition" isn't something you need to specify until after you've already paid for your subscription. Once you are a Creative Cloud subscriber and have the Creative Cloud app installed on your computer, you can go to Menu -> File -> Preferences -> Language. In the "Default install language" dropdown you can select (among other languages) either "English (Arabic)" or "English (Hebrew)" and that language choice will affect your InDesign installation. Either one will give you the right-to-left toolset.
