Hi,
Unfortunately, the InDesign beta version has expired, and we can no longer access our files from the Creative Cloud. We recognize that relying on a beta version was risky, but we didn't anticipate this issue. We're under a tight deadline to complete the project by tomorrow. Could you advise whether we should wait for a new beta release or if we need to redo the entire project overnight?
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,
MK
If I were you, I'd get to work and chalk this up to a very painful lesson learned. There are plenty of disclaimers about using a beta for production work. There is no telling when the next beta release will happen.
You're learning the very heard way that beta versions are not intended to use for production work. If your files ONLY exist in the cloud, you'll have to wait until the next Beta is released. There is no other way of retrieving them,

This morning, Adobe has an update for the InDesign 2024 Beta v. 19.0.1, available from the Creative Cloud application. Look for the update there.

What is happening with InDesign for ARM based PCs? You have canceled my beta version, and I can no longer work? Will I be getting a prorated refund for no longer having full access to Adobe apps? VERY FRUSTRATED WITH ADOBE!

No news on a solution to this problem after 24 hours? InDesign is a productivity tool, and the beta version is the only one that works on an ARM PC? Are there now thousands of us in this situation? Such negligence is unacceptable. No communication whatsoever; users are left in the dark.

Yes, I'm in the same boat. Was kind of jarring to see that message this morning.

Bonjour,

I was unaware until after I bought my Snapdragon laptop that I would have to use beta versions. The deal thatt came with itspurchase was one months subscription to Creative Cloud, so its a bit unfair to tell people they were taking a risk when this information was not disclosed in the marketing material for their devices!
