Visualizing font metrics

Last month during a Sunday morning, with my friend Lukas Engqvist we were chatting and we collaborated on a script to be able to visualize information about a font/size.  So the script automatically generates colored overlays showing em-square, x-height, cap height, ascender, and descender measurements on your selected text, complete with customizable labels in multiple units.
