Lightroom desktop Albums now not syncing but lightroom mobile is fine.

My albums in Lightroom appear with the spinning blue circles, as does the upper right sync cloud.  It's not syncing, apparently, but I do not know why.  The mobile version syncs fine to the cloud images.  What am I missing?  Any help appreciated.
